Bull Run CrossFIt is a gym in Manassas, VA that believes CrossFit should be fun and rooted in community above all else. The everyday athlete is looking to be challenged, see progress, and meet some great people along the way. Bull Run CrossFit offers a supportive and knowledgeable staff and a community of athletes from 16 – 61 that all seek to be the best version of themselves possible.

Conveniently located off Route 234 Bypass, Bull Run CrossFit is uniquely situated in Manassas, VA close to Bristow, Nokesville, and Gainesville near the George Mason Campus. We have flexible early, mid-morning, and evening classes to accommodate the crazy schedules of NoVa life.

CrossFit is a journey not a destination. Every lift, every squat, and every rest day is a step towards helping you reach your genetic potential. Our programming exceeds the expectations of both our competitive and recreational CrossFit athlete.

Nutrition

While we can show you the path to great gains you will plateau if you forget to incorporate a solid nutrition strategy. While Paleo is a CrossFit staple we follow the doctrine of bioindividuality which means there is no “one plan” for everyone. We’ll help you sort that out when you’re ready.
